Chief financial officer: beverages plants

<p> Role Purpose: </p> <p> Lead the company’s overall financial strategy and governance across manufacturing plants and sales operations. This is a complete unit CFO role, responsible for ensuring financial health, driving profitability, managing risk, and supporting sustainable business growth in a capital-intensive beverage manufacturing environment. The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the MD and Board, contributing to long-term value creation while managing complex cost structures, supply chains, and regulatory requirements specific to the beverage/FMCG sector. </p> <p> KEY DRIVERS: Financial Planning &amp; Strategy Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to drive growth and profitability. Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making across plant and sales operations. </p><p>2. Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&amp; L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS, GST, corporate tax laws, and other statutory requirements. Manage internal and external audits and regulatory filings (including SEBI regulations, if applicable). </p><p>3. Treasury, Cash Flow &amp; Capital Management Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and liquidity. Optimize capital structure and evaluate CAPEX and investment opportunities. Strengthen controls over receivables, payables, and inventory management. </p><p>4. Mergers &amp; Acquisitions (M&amp; A) /Fund Raising/IPO Support strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, joint ventures, and expansions. Lead due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-merger integration. </p><p>5. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary interface with investors, lenders, auditors, regulators, and other key stakeholders. Communicate financial performance, risks, and strategic plans clearly and effectively. </p><p> Monthly S&amp; OP process/Distributor &amp; C&amp; F Management across 4 warehouses. </p> <p> INCUMBENT: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/Beverage, with strong exposure to plant economics and co-packer models. Exposure to Warehousing and S&amp; OP operations.
