Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Hybrid)

Shift: Night Shift 

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: INR 6–10 LPA (Depending on qualification & experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Project Coordinator to manage operational projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve processes, and ensure timely execution of business initiatives for a growing Canadian fintech/mortgage startup.

Key Responsibility

Manage projects from planning to execution and closure.

Assign tasks, track timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure accountability.

Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.

Create and track KRAs, KPIs, and team performance.

Coordinate with Operations, Product, Compliance, Marketing, and other teams.

Maintain project trackers, reports, dashboards, and documentation.

Identify process gaps and implement improvements.

Handle operational tools, marketing operations, and back-office coordination.

Provide regular project updates and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Project Coordination.

Master’s degree in Operations Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

PMP Certification is mandatory.

Strong experience in project tracking, process improvement, SOPs, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience with KRAs/KPIs and performance tracking.

Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Strong ownership and ability to work independently.

Startup/Fintech/Mortgage experience is a plus.
