Position: Senior Manager – HR Operations

Experience: 4–5 Years

Location: Mumbai

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
• Manage employee records, HRMS/HRIS, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance/Payroll teams for monthly payroll processing and payroll inputs.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR MIS and reports covering headcount, attrition, attendance, payroll, joining, and exits.
• Support implementation and improvement of HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
• Manage employee separation, exit formalities, and full & final settlement coordination.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and employee grievance resolution.
• Coordinate with senior management and internal stakeholders for HR operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.
• Good working knowledge of HRMS/HRIS and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
