Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly. Oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Identify and mitigate potential risks during the project lifecycle. Collaborate with clients to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. The Successful Applicant A successful Commercial Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects within the business services industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently.
