Performance Marketing Executive (Google & Meta Ads)

Job description:

• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, Reddit, etc.) independently to meet defined brand goals.
• Take full ownership of campaign performance — from strategy to execution, without requiring micromanagement or constant approvals.
• Understand brand briefs deeply and translate them into actionable, data-backed media plans tailored to performance KPIs.
• Proactively identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, A/B testing, and innovative targeting or bidding strategies.
• Continuously research and implement new tools, automation processes, and platform features to improve efficiency and results.
• Set up and maintain robust tracking systems (GTM, Pixels, UTM tagging) to ensure accurate performance measurement.
• Monitor campaign data daily; take corrective action promptly without waiting to be flagged by internal or external teams.
• Generate performance insights and detailed reports regularly; highlight wins, learnings, and next steps proactively.
• Maintain direct communication with clients for campaign approvals, alignment on KPIs, and feedback loops, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and goal-driven.
• Stay accountable for results and bring a solution-first approach to any performance challenges.
• Stay informed about industry trends, strategies, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance and identify new opportunities.
