Talent Acquisition Partner — Data-Driven Hiring (Karachi)

Flipdish is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Partner to own end-to-end hiring for Karachi and other markets. You’ll partner with hiring managers and People colleagues to build pipelines, screen candidates and drive evidence-based decisions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

In this role you’ll leverage data, AI and automation to improve recruitment processes, ensure fairness and confidentiality, and report on progress with clear insights for stakeholders across functions.
