The studio solves a wide range of design and technology challenges, including branding, UI/UX, technology solutions, illustrations, motion design, digital product innovation, environment design, and ecommerce. How About That! partners with diverse clients such as HDFC Securities, BNP Paribas, Godrej Properties, ICICI Home Finance, and The Good Food Institute. The team is driven by an impact-focused mindset, collaborating with NGOs and purpose-led organizations to use design and technology for positive social change. Role Description The Creative Storyteller will craft compelling narratives for brands, products, and impact-driven initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing story arcs, writing scripts and copy for campaigns and videos, collaborating with designers and technologists to align visuals with messaging, and adapting stories for different platforms such as web, social media, presentations, and product experiences. The role involves participating in brainstorming sessions, conducting background research on clients and audiences, and refining content based on feedback from internal teams and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, requiring close collaboration with the studio’s creative and technology teams.
Qualifications
- Strong storytelling and writing skills, with experience crafting narratives for brands, products, or social impact initiatives.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and content strategies in collaboration with design, motion, and technology teams.
- Comfort working across formats such as scripts, short-form copy, long-form content, and presentation narratives.
- Understanding of digital platforms and basic familiarity with design and UI/UX processes to align stories with user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Prior experience in a creative agency, studio, or content-focused role is preferred.
- Relevant education in communications, journalism, design, media, or related fields is beneficial, but strong portfolios and practical experience are equally valued.
