Nexority is hiring experienced Instructional Designers for a high-volume, structured e Learning redesign project focused on aviation maintenance technician training.

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Instructional Designers who can create high-quality, engaging, and instructionally sound learning experiences at scale.
You will work on approximately 320 Daily Learning Units (DLUs) across 16 course blocks , contributing to storyboarding, AI-assisted content authoring, interactive learning design, assessment development, and quality reviews.
The role involves close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Storyline developers, Canvas builders, media specialists, and LMS integrators.
Key Responsibilities Author and refine storyboards for Daily Learning Units (DLUs).
Review and validate AI-generated content for instructional accuracy and pedagogical quality.
Develop structured content for Canvas LMS using regulatory manuals, technical handbooks, and source materials.
Create detailed briefs for interactive learning experiences and Storyline development.
Incorporate feedback from internal and client SMEs and prepare content for development handoff.
Conduct instructional design reviews of completed learning units before QA.
Ensure consistency in instructional approach, tone, structure, and quality across multiple production streams.
Extract, synthesize, and adapt technical and regulatory source content while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, preferably in e Learning or blended learning environments.
Strong experience in storyboarding for LMS pages and interactive learning.
Ability to work with source materials such as regulatory handbooks, textbooks, technical manuals, and slide decks.
Experience creating formative assessments with explanatory feedback and branching logic.
Experience with AI-assisted authoring workflows and structured prompt-based content generation.
Familiarity with LMS environments, preferably Canvas LMS.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and consistency at scale.
Good to Have Experience with technical, vocational, or regulatory compliance content.
Aviation maintenance training experience.
Familiarity with Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools.
Experience in high-volume, template-driven content production environments.
Experience with FAA regulatory frameworks or similar technical/compliance documentation.
Educational Qualification Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, Psychology, Science, Mathematics, Instructional Design, Learning Science, B. Tech , or an equivalent qualification.
