About The Role

As an Aesthetic Doctor at LEOR, you will consult, plan and personally deliver our doctor-led treatments across both centres. You will be the hands on the technology, working to protocols set with our dermatologists and answering for the consistency of every result.

Job Title: Aesthetic Doctor / Cosmetologist

Location: Pune (Koregaon Park and Aundh)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Consultation and Treatment Planning

• Consult clients on skin, hair and body concerns and assess suitability for treatment.
• Design treatment plans that are realistic on outcomes, sessions and timelines.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure efficacy, tolerability and client satisfaction.

2. Treatment Delivery

• Deliver doctor-led treatments across the skin, hair and slimming categories, owning each case from first session to final review.
• Treat pigmentation, acne and acne scarring, ageing skin, texture and hair thinning using advanced lasers, radiofrequency and other energy-based platforms.
• Deliver non-surgical body contouring and slimming treatments.
• Select and titrate device parameters to each client's skin type and response, rather than to a standard setting.
• Review progress at every session, revise the protocol when results demand it, and manage post-procedure care and any adverse reactions.

3. Clinical Supervision

• Supervise cosmetic services performed by the technical team, including medi-facials and laser hair reduction.
• Mentor and guide technicians to maintain consistency and quality across every treatment.

4. Safety and Quality

• Adhere to all clinical safety guidelines and protocols.
• Act as custodian of service quality processes at the centre level.
• Attend to any clinical emergencies that arise during treatment or procedure.

Qualifications

• MBBS from a recognised and reputed medical college, with a postgraduate qualification, fellowship or diploma in aesthetic medicine or cosmetology.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an aesthetic or dermatology practice.

Required Skills

• Proven proficiency with lasers, energy-based devices and body contouring platforms.
• Sound aesthetic judgement, with an eye for proportion, symmetry and restraint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology.
