Role Description The Medical Doctor will provide direct patient care, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up in their area of specialization. Daily responsibilities include conducting outpatient and inpatient consultations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate medications, and coordinating with nursing and allied health staff to ensure effective care plans. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to hospital protocols and regulatory standards, and participating in clinical meetings and case discussions. The Medical Doctor will also counsel patients and families, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support health education activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Orthocare Multispeciality Hospital in Bulandshahr.

Qualifications

• Relevant medical degree (MBBS) MDPhysician ,from a recognized institution, with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
• Completed internship and, where applicable, postgraduate qualification or specialization in a relevant clinical discipline.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment, manage multiple cases, and make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, confidentiality, and adherence to hospital policies and national guidelines.
• Willingness to participate in shift duties, emergency coverage, and continuous professional development activities.
• Prior experience in a hospital or multispeciality setting in Bulandshahr or similar healthcare environment is an advantage
