Position: Physics Faculty Organization: Intellipaat School of Technology (IST) Location: DY Patil Ambi Campus, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Deployment: Deputed at DY Patil Ambi Campus, Pune About the Role Intellipaat School of Technology is looking for a passionate and experienced Physics Faculty to join its academic team and be deputed at DY Patil Ambi Campus, Pune . The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physics education, mentoring students, and contributing to a strong academic learning environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and concept-focused Physics lectures to undergraduate engineering students. Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and other academic resources. Explain complex Physics concepts through practical examples, demonstrations, and problem-solving approaches. Conduct tests, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive academic feedback. Mentor students and support them in strengthening their conceptual and problem-solving skills. Maintain academic discipline and ensure effective classroom engagement. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth delivery of the curriculum. Participate in academic activities, faculty meetings, workshops, and student development initiatives. Stay updated with developments in Physics education, teaching methodologies, and relevant academic practices. Eligibility & Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Either: Ph.D. in Physics / relevant discipline , or M.Sc. in Physics / relevant discipline with UGC qualification UGC qualification is mandatory for candidates applying with an M.Sc. Strong command over core Physics concepts and undergraduate-level curriculum. Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Prior teaching experience in an engineering college, university, or reputed educational institution will be preferred. Desired Skills Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity. Student-centric teaching approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively. Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills.
