We’re hiring: Graphic Designer (Specialising in PRESENTATION DESIGN) | Hoopr.ai

Location: Oshiwara, Mumbai

Work mode: In-office

Experience: 1–3 years

Hoopr.ai is a music technology platform used by 4.5L+ users , helping creators, brands and businesses discover and license music for their content.

We have a library of 12,000+ songs, background scores and sound effects , and are building products that make music licensing simple and accessible.

We’re a fast-moving team working at the intersection of music, technology and creators , and we’re looking for a designer to join us.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on presentation design .

The primary focus of this role will be creating business proposals, sales decks, pitch decks, brand presentations and other business-facing presentations .

We’re looking for someone who can do more than just make a presentation look good. You should have a good understanding of how businesses work and how to communicate an idea , and be able to help us think through the structure, story and flow of a presentation.

You’ll work closely with the business and marketing teams to:

→ Create business proposals, sales decks and pitch presentations

→ Create brand and partnership presentations

→ Understand the objective and audience of a presentation and structure it accordingly

→ Help ideate the story, flow and information hierarchy of a deck

→ Turn complex information into simple, clear and visually compelling presentations

→ Ensure presentations are both visually strong and effective from a business communication perspective

As part of the broader design role, you’ll also get to work on:

→ Performance marketing ads and campaign creatives

→ Emailers and promotional assets

→ Social media creatives

→ Artwork for songs and playlists

→ Product and marketing graphics

→ Creative assets for campaigns and launches

→ 1–3 years of experience in graphic, visual or presentation design

→ Strong portfolio, especially showcasing business decks, proposals and presentations

→ Good understanding of storytelling, structure and visual communication

→ Ability to think through the flow and narrative of a presentation , not just its visual design

→ Strong eye for typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy

→ Ability to understand a brief and translate it into a strong visual concept

→ Proficiency in whatever design tools you prefer we care more about the quality of the output than the tool

→ Familiarity with AI tools is a plus

→ Someone who is curious, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
