Are you an accomplished pharmaceutical sales leader with a passion for driving business growth and developing high-performing teams?

A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead its Dermatology Division , based at the Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive zonal sales performance and achieve business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Sales Managers and frontline sales teams.
• Execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to maximize market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
• Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Ensure effective execution of commercial strategies while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Preferred Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a 3rd-line manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong experience in Dermatology segment along with excellent KOL connect is a must..
• Demonstrated success in managing large teams and consistently delivering business results.
• Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned geography.
