Clever Folds is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Administrator who can become an important part of our sales team.

What you’ll be doing:

Handling incoming enquiries & client communication

Managing leads through Whats App, calls and email

Preparing and coordinating quotations

Following up with potential clients

Coordinating between clients and our internal team

Coordinating samples and orders

Maintaining our sales pipeline and records

Supporting lead generation and business development

Who should apply?

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔️ Confident and comfortable speaking with clients

✔️ Excellent at follow-ups

✔️ Organised and detail-oriented

✔️ Proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do

✔️ Comfortable with Whats App, Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM-style work

✔️ Interested in sales, business development and client management

✔️ Looking to learn and grow with a growing company

Experience: 1+ year preferred

Location: Mumbai

Role: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary

This is not just a back-office admin role.
