BIM Architect Trainee

CRESIRE Consultants Private Limited is a BIM consulting company providing BIM, Scan-to-BIM, 3D modeling, and digital construction solutions to clients across the USA, UK, Europe, and other international markets.

We are looking for a  BIM Architect Trainee who is interested in building a career in  BIM and Architectural Modeling . The trainee will receive practical exposure to real-world international BIM projects and work closely with experienced BIM professionals.

• Develop and assist with  Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit .
• Learn and work on  Scan-to-BIM and Point Cloud to BIM projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, documentation, and schedules.
• Follow project-specific  BIM standards and LOD requirements .
• Assist in model coordination and quality checks.
• Collaborate with BIM Engineers and Architects to deliver projects on time.
• Continuously develop knowledge of  Revit, BIM workflows, and industry standards .

• Degree/Diploma in  Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field .
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in BIM are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of  Autodesk Revit is preferred.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and building elements.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
