• 5+ years of hands-on experience in 1065 Operating Partnership tax returns
• Relevant US Tax experience matching the PHB role requirements
• Preparation of complex tax returns and estimated tax calculations for Individuals, Partnerships, and S-Corporations
• Expert Knowledge o Go-systems, CCH Tax Axcess, XCM, and Caseware preferred. 
• Involvement in special tax projects, including tax entity structuring, state tax issue identification and analysis, tax credit computations, etc.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline 
• Certified Public Accountant (US) or qualified Chartered Accountant is a preferred
