About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can build and manage high-value partnerships for founders, understanding what founders need, identifying the right partners, negotiating meaningful benefits and ensuring founders actually use them.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong business development, outreach, negotiation, relationship management and execution .

What You’ll Do

• Identify founder needs and build partnerships around those requirements
• Source and onboard technology, cloud, professional services and sector-specific partners
• Build relationships with decision-makers across enterprises and service providers
• Own partner outreach, pitching, negotiation and onboarding
• Negotiate meaningful credits, discounts, services and other founder benefits
• Build relevant partnerships across sectors including Deeptech, Defence, Space Tech, Biotech and Climate Tech
• Drive founder awareness and adoption of partner offerings
• Track partner activation, founder utilization, feedback and value delivered

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years in partnerships, business development, startup programs or relevant client-facing roles
• Strong business development, outreach and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently identify, pitch and close partnerships
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of startup and founder needs across stages and sectors
• Strong execution and follow-through
• High ownership and ability to work independently
