Role Description The Social Media Manager at Sripada Studios is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity. Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to develop campaigns, align content with client objectives, and identify opportunities to increase reach and impact. The role also requires staying up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve social media performance.
Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy aligned with client goals and target audiences.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting to track performance and inform decisions.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, platform features, and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a creative or agency setting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is beneficial.
