Veer-O-Metals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for young and enthusiastic B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering fresh graduates to join our manufacturing operations as Junior Engineers .

The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to sheet-metal manufacturing, production processes, quality inspection, engineering drawings, machine operations, process improvement and manufacturing documentation .

This is an excellent opportunity for Mechanical Engineering freshers who are interested in developing their career in the manufacturing and production engineering domain .

• Support day-to-day sheet-metal manufacturing and production activities .
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to production plans.
• Understand and work with engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances .
• Learn and support sheet-metal processes such as:
• Laser Cutting
• CNC/Turret Punching
• Press Brake Bending
• Stamping
• Welding and Fabrication
• Assembly
• Monitor machine/process output and identify production abnormalities.
• Assist in quality inspection of manufactured components.
• Use basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and gauges.
• Identify and report rejection, rework and dimensional deviations .
• Support root-cause analysis of manufacturing problems.
• Assist Production/Quality/Process Engineers in implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain production and quality-related records and reports.
• Follow 5S, safety procedures and standard operating procedures .
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and productivity improvement .
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments as required.
• Learn and follow company procedures related to quality, safety and manufacturing standards .

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Only
• Fresh graduates / 0 years of experience
• Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment .
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts .
• Good understanding of basic Mechanical Engineering concepts.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and work as part of a team.
