For more information please visit our website - Work Location : Viman Nagar, Pune ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Team Lead – Recruitment with 9 years of experience in recruitment consulting, preferably in Engineering and Manufacturing, EPC (Engineering, Power & Energy) roles to join our dynamic team in Pune. Liaising with Hiring Managers, stakeholders and clients to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Hands-on experience in leading a team of at least 5–6 recruiters , providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery targets are met Strong experience in stakeholder management , including understanding client requirements, setting hiring priorities, and ensuring timely closures. Experience in handling deliveries, understanding & cascading client requirements and achieve targets Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requested Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles. PRE-REQUISITES Experience working in a recruitment consulting/staffing environment with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven setup 8–12 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Engineering and Manufacturing, EPC (Engineering, Power & Energy) roles Experience in Team Leading and/or Account Management , with proven delivery ownership. Proven experience in handling recruitment delivery , with end-to-end ownership of multiple requirements. Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills with clients and internal stakeholder Energetic, accomplished and creative personnel with great recruitment and management skills
