Join us as a Training & Placement Officer and play a key role in bridging the gap between academia and industry. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and industry leaders. • Drive campus placement activities, including internships and final placements. • Identify new recruiters and expand the employer network. • Coordinate with academic departments to align training programs with industry needs. • Organize placement drives, job fairs, and career development sessions. • Conduct soft skills, aptitude, and interview preparation training for students. • Track placement data and prepare reports for management. ✅ Requirements: • Atleast 5–8 years of proven experience in Training & Placement / Corporate Relations. • Strong network with corporates and industry professionals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience in handling campus placements in universities or educational institutions preferred.
