In this patient-centered, interdisciplinary role, you will verify and optimize medication orders, perform clinical pharmacotherapy consults, support rounds, and counsel diverse patients on safe, effective use of medications. Responsibilities include contributing to medication safety initiatives, antimicrobial and formulary stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
