<p><strong>Matsolvion Private Limited </strong> is hiring a Graduate Management Trainee for a full-time, in-office role. </p><p><strong>Role Details </strong> </p><p><strong>Position </strong>: Graduate Management Trainee </p><p><strong>Department: </strong> Business Development &amp; Operations </p><p><strong>Salary: </strong> ₹16,000 per month </p><p><strong>Contract: </strong> 12 months </p><p><strong>Assessment: </strong> Performance review every 3 months </p><p><strong>Work Mode: </strong> In-office </p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Navi Mumbai </p><p><strong>Interview: </strong> Offline at the company office </p><p><strong>Joining: </strong> Immediate </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul><li>Generate and follow up on business leads. </li><li>Communicate with clients, academic institutions, vendors, and industry partners. </li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, reports, and emails. </li><li>Support LinkedIn, website, IndiaMART and digital marketing activities. </li><li>Maintain business-development records and coordinate meetings. </li><li>Assist the founders in business operations and growth initiatives. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Eligibility </strong> </p><ul><li>Graduate or postgraduate in BBA, B.Com., MBA, Engineering, Science, Marketing, or a related field. </li><li>Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch may apply. </li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills. </li><li>Must be willing to work regularly from the Navi Mumbai office. </li><li>Preference for candidates from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, or nearby areas. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Performance and Continuation </strong> </p><ul><li>Performance will be assessed every 3 months based on work quality, discipline, communication, initiative, and contribution to business growth. Continuation during the 12-month contract will depend on satisfactory performance. </li><li>High-performing candidates may be considered for a permanent position after completion of the contract. </li> </ul>
