Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and basic networking .
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience in Incident Management, Service Requests, troubleshooting, ticketing, and SLA adherence .
• Ability to resolve issues remotely and escalate complex incidents when required.

Experience with knowledge base and ticket documentation.
