Water Psychology Studio is looking for an experienced Psychologist / Psychotherapist to join our team in Pune. We are looking for professionals with substantial hands-on psychotherapy experience who are confident in independently managing clients and delivering structured, evidence-based therapy.

Who are we looking for?

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology
• M.Phil / Ph.D. will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on psychotherapy experience
• Strong foundation in CBT / REBT is a MUST
• Training/certification in CBT, REBT, ACT, DBT, ERP , or other evidence-based approaches is preferred
• Strong case conceptualisation and therapy-planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions independently
• Assess presenting concerns and develop appropriate case formulations
• Develop structured, goal-oriented therapy plans
• Work with concerns such as anxiety, overthinking, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, OCD, mood-related concerns, and behavioural difficulties
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client needs

⚠️ Important: Internships, academic experience, and supervised training undertaken as part of a degree will not be considered equivalent to the required 3 years of post-qualification professional experience.
