Lead Product Designer (GB05)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Product Design for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate customer needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs .
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams to define and deliver customer-centric product experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability analysis, and competitive research to identify customer pain points and product opportunities .
• Design intuitive and scalable UX/UI experiences that improve customer engagement, adoption, and conversion.
• Apply strong product thinking and design thinking to solve complex user and business problems.
• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and design guidelines .
• Validate designs through prototyping, usability testing, user feedback, and product data .
• Iterate designs based on user insights, analytics, business requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
• Present design decisions and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Product Designer from top college profile
• Mandatory (Experience) - Minimum 6+ YOE in UX / Product Design, with strong focus on B2C Products
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Strong portfolio of UX / Product Design works for top / high-traffic B2C Products
• Mandatory (Company): Top B2C product company
• Mandatory (Education) - Must have Design Education (BDes, MDes) from Tier1 college (NIT, NIFT. IIT). Tier2 colleges will be given 2nd priority
• Mandatory (Exclusion) - Only UX designer wont work, we need product designers
• Mandatory (Location) - Candidates from Pune and Mumbai are only considered, who can F2F interview
• Mandatory (Age) - Candidate's age should be within 30 to 34 Years.

Experience: 6–8 years · Work from office · 5 days a week + alternate Saturdays · Notice period up to 30 days
