Description Job Title: Associate Technical Support Engineer Team: Technical Support Engineering About the Role We are looking for an associate technical support engineer, with a proven record of accomplishment in technical field to join our Support Success Organization. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ success and satisfaction with our products and contributing to their long-term loyalty. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Respond to customer-submitted support cases and help diagnose technical issues Troubleshoot product bugs, configuration problems, and integration failures Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex cases Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases and help articles Reproduce issues in test environments and write clear bug reports for Engineering Eligibility Criteria: B.E., BTech, MCA degree or equivalent technical experience 0-2 years of industry experience in supporting mission critical software components Required Skills: Ability to quickly learn new technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent in effec…
