We are hiring for Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Sales & BD) with a MNC Solar Manufacturing Industry at Gurgaon location.

Position : Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Sales & BD)

Exp: 5+ years

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: As per industry standards

Type : Full Time, Permanent

Requirement

• Proven track record in business development and sales in the EPC/Module/Solar Tracker or relevant industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidate ready to join within 30 days are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be an ambassador of company's Products & Solutions.
• Actively Responsible for New Business Development.
• Responsible for leading and overseeing P & L responsibility in Key Accounts division.
• Proactive in sales strategy formulation and implementation.
• Developing and implementing regional strategies and drive achievement of revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate and closed contracts in line with company goals thereby maintaining consistent recovery and contributing positively for enhancement of bottom line.
• Engage in Technical/Commercial Negotiations.
• Follow-up for Delivery & Payment schedule.
• Maintain relations with Key Accounts through regular Contact, Feedback and Order Management
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Participate & Assist in Solar's Exhibitions & Forums.
