Contour Software Pvt Ltd in Karachi is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability for Jonas Club's hosted/SaaS environment on Azure. You will define SLIs/SLOs, drive observability, and lead incident responses across cloud, on‑prem, and data centers.

You will build monitoring, dashboards, and automation, lead post‑incident RCAs, and collaborate with CloudOps to ensure capacity and reliability during migrations and cutovers. Strong Azure, IaC, and scripting skills required.
