Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for energetic and self-driven Relationship Managers to join our growing insurance field sales team. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and explain insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads assigned by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Only Male Candidates Required.
• Only Post Graduation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for field sales and customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
