Fleet Manager - Chennai

<p></p><p><br /></p> <p> The role involves 75% field work and 25% calling activities. </p> <p> Daily onboarding of a minimum of 2 Delivery Executives (DEs) per day </p> <p> Ensure First Order Delivery (FOD) is completed for all newly onboarded DEs. </p> <p> Collect competitor earning screenshots regularly for benchmarking purposes. </p> <p> Conduct daily meetings with Delivery Executives (minimum 40 DEs per day). </p> <p> Drive engagement, performance improvement, and resolve on-ground issues proactively. </p> <p>The Fleet Manager is expected to take full ownership of the zone, ensure consistent onboarding, improve activation metrics, and maintain strong engagement with DEs. </p> <p><br /></p> <p></p>
