Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Job Purpose:

Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, payroll, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete employee lifecycle from joining formalities, onboarding, confirmation, transfers and promotions to exit & full-and-final settlement. Handle day-to-day HR Operations, employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave and documentation. Manage and coordinate monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely closure. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc. Address employee queries and grievances and ensure effective employee communication. Prepare HR MIS, reports and dashboards for management. Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs and processes. Coordinate with Finance, Admin and other stakeholders for smooth HR operations.
