About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, relationship-driven Luxury Consultants who can advise high-net-worth clients on premium real estate investments. This role goes beyond traditional sales—it focuses on building long-term relationships, understanding client aspirations, and delivering exceptional advisory experiences in the luxury residential market.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra HNIs, family offices, CXOs, and premium investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend luxury residential properties that match their lifestyle and investment objectives.
• Conduct property presentations, private previews, and site visits for premium projects.
• Guide clients through the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification to property booking and post-sales coordination.
• Collaborate with leading developers to provide clients with exclusive inventory and investment opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Represent Estates professionally during networking events, developer launches, and industry engagements.
• Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Required Skills

• 3–10 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, premium developer sales, wealth management, private banking, luxury retail, hospitality, or relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience handling affluent or premium clientele is highly preferred.
• Passion for luxury real estate and high-value sales.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury real estate sales, premium developer sales, wealth management, private banking, luxury retail, hospitality, or relationship management.
