Monadelphous is seeking experienced Advanced Riggers to join our team in Tom Price, WA on an 8:6 roster. .

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Perform advanced rigging and lifting activities in accordance with site requirements
• Plan and execute complex lifts safely and efficiently
• Inspect and maintain rigging gear and lifting equipment
• Direct crane operations and coordinate lifting activities
• Interpret lift studies, rigging plans, and drawings
• Adhere to site safety procedures, permits, and quality standards
• Participate in pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety initiatives

What you'll bring:

• HRWL - Advanced Rigging (RA)
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence
• Working at Heights
• Enter and Work in Confined Space
• Basic Fire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, can-do attitude and commitment to safety
• Proof of right to work in Australia
• Availability to commence ASAP
