Structural Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to take ownership of projects from initial design through completion, combining technical expertise with project management and direct client engagement.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on structural engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and building strong client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions while contributing to the continued success of an established consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural projects from initial design through project closeout.
• Design structural steel connections, building structures, foundations, stairs, and rails.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations in compliance with IBC, ASCE, and AISC standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, fabricators, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, calculations, and technical deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience managing structural engineering projects.
• Strong background in structural steel and connection design.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
