Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), providing short-stay, observation-level care to diverse adult patients. In this fast-paced setting, you’ll assess, monitor, and stabilize patients, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to determine appropriate disposition. You’ll educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and uphold high standards of quality, safety, and compassion in a culture that values diversity, learning, and professional growth.
