<p><strong>Logic Monitor </strong> – Senior Observability Engineer </p><p><strong>Experience </strong>: 8–10 years </p><p><strong>Primary Skill </strong>: Logic Monitor </p><p>Location: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Role Objective </strong> </p><p>Lead end to end implementation of Logic Monitor for enterprise accounts, covering onboarding, customization, integrations, and transition to steady state operations. </p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities </p><p>• Own complete Logic Monitor implementation lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, onboarding, and production rollout </p><p>• Onboard large-scale infrastructure (cloud, on prem, network, storage) using best practice collector and discovery models </p><p>• Design and implement alert strategies, escalation policies, dashboards, and reports aligned to SLAs/SLOs </p><p>• Integrate Logic Monitor with ITSM, CMDB, and automation platforms </p><p>• Drive performance tuning, alert reduction, and noise optimization during stabilization </p><p>• Provide implementation documentation, KT, and transition support to operations teams </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Required Skills </strong> </p><p>• Strong hands-on experience implementing LogicMonitor in enterprise environments </p><p>• Deep understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and monitoring architectures </p><p>• Experience with ITSM integrations and monitoring design best practices </p>
