Job Description
What You'll Do
- Sell luxury brand appliances and related products while achieving sales and gross margin goals.
- Build relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors.
- Generate quotes, sales orders, and product recommendations.
- Manage customer opportunities from initial inquiry through delivery.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, delivery, installation, manufacturers, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain customer information and sales activity within Salesforce CRM.
- Stay current on appliance products, technology, and manufacturer offerings.
- Support showroom events and business development activities.
What You'll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of inside sales, retail sales, consultative sales, or customer service experience.
- Experience in appliances, building products, home improvement, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, interior design, or a related industry preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Experience preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and managing multiple customer projects.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, reliable transportation.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test.
