About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to manage business operations and compliance functions across our two growing brands—Urjaa Tantra and The Achar Project.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle day-to-day operations, legal compliances, vendor coordination, and business administration while acting as a trusted partner to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Business Operations

* Oversee daily production, packing, dispatch, and inventory management.

* Manage procurement of raw materials and coordinate with vendors.

* Ensure product quality standards are maintained.

* Handle order fulfillment across B2 B, B2 C, and marketplace channels.

* Coordinate logistics, staff, and operational workflows efficiently.

✅ Legal & Compliance

* Manage and maintain FSSAI licenses, GST compliance, MSME/Udyam registrations, trademarks, and other statutory requirements.

* Ensure packaging and labeling comply with FSSAI and Legal Metrology regulations.

* Review and coordinate contracts, agreements, and documentation with vendors and service providers.

* Liaise with CAs, consultants, and legal professionals when required.

* Track compliance deadlines, renewals, and regulatory updates proactively.

✅ Business Support

* Take ownership of tasks delegated by the Founder.

* Provide regular updates on projects and operational activities.

* Resolve routine business challenges independently and efficiently.

Requirements

✔️ 4-7 years of experience in Operations, Business Administration, FMCG, Food Processing, or Manufacturing.

✔️ Working knowledge of FSSAI, GST, and basic business compliance in India.

✔️ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

✔️ Experience in vendor management, negotiation, and reporting.

✔️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
