Hiring: Travel Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month

Earning Potential: Fixed Salary + High Performance Incentives + Attractive Commission structure

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming travel inquiries (phone, email, social media, and leads). Design customized domestic and international holiday packages (Bali, Dubai, Thailand, Maldives, etc.) based on client needs. Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and handle itinerary adjustments. Implement digital marketing strategies and assist with promotional campaigns on social media platforms. Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients and travel vendors.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in travel sales, itinerary designing, or destination marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and client handling abilities. Sound knowledge of popular domestic and international holiday destinations. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media trends is a plus.
