The Principal will be responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the institution. The role includes ensuring academic excellence, maintaining compliance with PCI, RGUHS, and other applicable regulatory requirements, promoting research and innovation, supporting faculty and student development, and driving the institution's growth and reputation

• e.Ensure effective implementation of academic policies, curriculum, and institutional objective

• s.Guide faculty members in academic planning, curriculum delivery, and professional developmen

t.Administration & Governan

• ceLead and supervise all academic, administrative, and operational activities of the colleg
• e.Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and retain qualified faculty and staf
• f.Prepare annual academic plans, institutional budgets, and development strategie

• onPh.D. in Pharmacy from a recognized universit
• y.First Class or equivalent in B.Pharm and M.Phar
• m.Registered Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, wherever applicabl
• e.Must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), RGUHS, and other applicable regulatory authorities for the post of Principa
