WE ARE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / STRATEGIST

We are looking for a creative and growth-focused Social Media Manager / Strategist to manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute platform-specific social media strategies

• Manage content calendars and posting schedules

• Research trends, competitors, algorithms, and content ideas

• Create content concepts, captions, hooks, and video scripts

• Work closely with the video shoot and creative team

• Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and overall performance

• Understand the creator, influencer, and personal branding ecosystem

Requirements

✅ 1.5–2.5 years of experience in Social Media Management/Strategy

✅ Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

✅ Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite preferred

✅ Strong communication and copywriting skills in English and Hindi

✅ Creative, organised, proactive, and able to work well with a team

Work Mode: Work from Office / In-Person Location: Mohali

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
