We are hiring for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) at our Rocky Mountain Oncology clinic in Casper, WY. This person is responsible for assessing patients in the clinic, recommending treatment plans, medication management, symptom management, and working closely with the physicians to make any changes to treatment plans.
Responsibilities Applies basic concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform routine tasksAssess oncology patients' symptoms and make suggestions and recommendations on individual treatment plansWorks on projects of limited scope and complexityFollows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problemsWorks under direct supervision and receives detailed instructionsShared Call with teammatesDevelops competence by performing structured work assignmentsUpdate patient records using electronic medical recordsWork closely with oncologists for any changes in symptoms or individual treatment plansMedication ManagementSymptom ManagementConduct physical examinationsComply with all HIPAA laws regarding patient confidentiality
