Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, technically sound, and client-facing Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution. You will be the face of the design team for our clients, translating their dream spaces into functional realities. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modular interiors, possess excellent customer handling skills, and can confidently navigate technical execution and project escalations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Consultations: Lead end-to-end design discussions with clients. Understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget to pitch personalized design concepts.

Modular & Technical Expertise: Create technically sound layouts, 2D/3D designs, and working drawings. Ensure thorough knowledge of modular furniture, materials, hardware, and production constraints.

Customer Handling & Escalations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Smoothly manage client expectations, address technical queries, and resolve any project escalations with professionalism and tact.

Collaboration: Coordinate closely with site supervisors, vendors, and modular production units to ensure designs are executed flawlessly on-site and deadlines are met.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 4–8 years of proven experience in interior designing, with a strong portfolio showcasing modular residential projects.

Education: Full-time B.Sc in Interior Design or B.Arch degree.

Language Proficiency: Ability to converse fluently in English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory to effectively communicate with diverse clients and on-site vendor teams.

Technical Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar industry-standard design software.

Soft Skills: Strong presentation skills, high emotional intelligence for handling difficult client situations, and sharp problem-solving abilities.
