Role: Head Caregiver Experience: Prior managerial experience handling attendants and nurses (compulsory) Expertise: Nursing / Elderly Care / Team Management Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and roster the team of attendants and nurses Support hiring and onboarding of attendants during the early growth phase Create and implement SOPs, checklists, and training material for attendants Ensure quality and consistency of care delivered at client homes Handle client and family escalations, feedback, and care reviews Work directly with the founder on service standards and team expansion Requirements: Nursing background is compulsory Proven experience managing attendants and nursing staff Strong people management and communication skills Ability to build processes and documentation from scratch Empathetic, patient, and dependable approach towards elderly care What We Offer: Direct exposure to the founder and leadership decisions High growth opportunities as the team scales Dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment Opportunity to shape care standards and SOPs for a growing organisation
