Designation : Closing Manager – Commercial Sales

What You'll Do :

1) Drive end-to-end sales closures for commercial office spaces and retail properties.

2) Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to convert qualified leads.

3) Build strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, brokers, and Channel Partners.

4) Ensure timely deal closures while maintaining CRM updates and achieving sales targets.

What We're Looking For :

1) 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, preferably in office spaces and retail properties.

2) Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of high-value commercial transactions.

3) Experience working with developers, corporate clients, investors, and Channel Partners.

4) Excellent communication, relationship management, and client-handling skills.
