Inside Sales Executive

RacknSell is a supplier of facility and office supplies, serving mid-to-large enterprises across India. It combines competitive pricing, reliable supply, and a tech-enabled procurement platform to simplify long-tail purchasing for businesses.

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive who can drive revenue growth from continuous RFQ / Orders flow from onboarded clients to build a predictable and growing revenue pipeline. The person would be responsible to manage client relationships, and support expansion into new categories with existing accounts. This role blends inside sales & key account management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue generation & profitability
• Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients
• Drive repeat purchases and increase share of wallet
• Preparing & submitting sales quotation & closure of sales
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations
• Collaborate with sourcing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Provide market feedback to improve pricing, assortment, and platform experience
• Receivables monitoring & follow up with customer for payments of overdue invoices

Qualifications

Experience

• 1–3 years in B2B sales / inside sales / key account management
• Industry Experience in repeat purchase categories (Business supplies, consumables) preferred
