This is a senior, high-impact position offering significant technical ownership across the full design lifecycle, working alongside an experienced team developing next-generation RF semiconductor products.
Requirements:12+ years of RF/microwave or MMIC design experienceStrong transistor-level RF circuit design experienceExperience designing high-frequency and/or high-power RF circuitsHands-on experience with GaN, GaAs or other compound semiconductor technologiesProficiency with industry-standard RF circuit and EM simulation toolsExperience across IC layout, tapeout and laboratory characterizationStrong understanding of RF performance optimization and design tradeoffsExperience bringing RF products from initial architecture through silicon validationAbility to work effectively across design, test, product and applications engineering teams
