Working remotely on a contract basis, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Producer will manage end-to-end email and SMS campaign production, including coding, testing, and deployment, while utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement tools. Key responsibilities: Develop and deploy HTML emails and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring responsive design and cross-client compatibility Utilize AMPscript for email personalization and manage data extensions, automation, and audience segmentation Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize email deliverability and compliance with regulations Required qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in HTML email development and campaign deployment Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, particularly Email Studio Strong expertise in responsive HTML email coding and email templates Experience with A/B testing, campaign analytics, and performance optimization Familiarity with email deliverability standards and compliance requirements
