Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders, including articulation difficulties, fluency issues, and voice problems. The role involves conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and monitoring progress in collaboration with caregivers. The Speech Language Pathologist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to integrate speech and language goals into broader developmental programs. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, providing caregiver training and education, and contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Clinical expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
  • Experience working with Communication Disorders across diverse pediatric populations.
  • Knowledge and practical skills in managing Language Disorders.
  • Competence in evaluating and treating Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with relevant professional licensure or registration as required.
  • Previous experience in pediatric or developmental settings is highly beneficial.
  • Strong observation, documentation, and case management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with children, caregivers, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and family-centered practice, with openness to continuous learning and evidence-based methods.
